Summary: This story is about 6 different individuals that are chosen to go on a heist. Their goal is to find a person and rescue that person for a lot of money. Our main characters are Kaz, Inej, Nina, Jesper, Matthias, and Wylan. From the official summary each person has a title for themselves. Kaz is leader of the group and makes the decisions for them. Inej is the spy and works for Kaz. Nina is a healer and can heal anything relating to the nervous system. Jesper is the one with weapons, but he likes the guns the best. Matthias is the freed prisoner and Kaz made a deal to free him forever. Lastly, Wylan is the â€‹intelligent person in the group, but doesn't have any experience in dangerous missions.

Review: Leigh Bardugo starts the book with a chapter that is very confusing, but as you read further, you can figure out what happened and you will get surprised. That is the type of book that Bardugo writes.
