Review: The cover itself pulls me in to read the book. The beautiful drawing of a castle floating in the sky. That is what lead me to buying the book and reading it. I didn't think that I would rate a book this low when the genre is fantasy. The writing style is what got me. I thought that the writing style was so passive. I think that it might be because of the translation, but even translation shouldn't be this awful. Instead of showing the readers what each characters are feeling, the author literally tells us. That indicates that the story is not written well. It doesn't only relate to the writing style, but also the plot. The plot is so slow and noting barely happen in the beginning of the book. Things start to happen at the end and a lot of twist and turns are taken. I really hate when books give us many plot twist in the end and nothing in the beginning part of the book. I don't know if I will get the second book or not, but if I hear any good reviews of it I might as well go on. I like to finish book series that I started.
